Nana's Piñatas Terms & Conditions

Custom Orders. Nana's Piñatas creates custom, handmade piñatas made specifically for each customer. Designs, dimensions and details may vary slightly as part of the handmade process.

Deposits & Order Confirmation

After Nana accepts the project and you approve the custom quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a production spot and begin design, material purchasing and production. An order and requested event date are not confirmed until Nana accepts the project and the deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the completed piñata is released for pickup or begins delivery. Shipping is not currently being actively offered.

Custom Orders & Final Sale

Because every piñata is created specifically for the customer, custom orders are final sale. The initial deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after the production spot has been reserved.

Design Changes

Reasonable changes may be accommodated before substantial production begins. Major changes requested after design or production has begun may require an additional charge and may affect completion timing. Any additional charge will be communicated before the requested change is completed.

Pricing

Published prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on size, design complexity, dimensional details, personalization and turnaround time. A final quote will be provided for the specific custom project.

Rush Orders

Rush requests are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Acceptance of a rush request is not guaranteed until confirmed by Nana's Piñatas.
