How much does a custom piñata cost?
Custom piñatas start at $85. Final pricing depends on size, design complexity, dimensional details, personalization and turnaround time.
What sizes are available?
Small is approximately 18 inches, Standard approximately 24 inches, Large approximately 30 inches and Oversized approximately 36 inches or larger. Exact dimensions may vary by design.
How do I know what size I need?
Tell Nana about the design, celebration space and how you plan to use it. Nana can recommend a size after reviewing the idea.
Can Nana create a piñata from a photo?
Yes. Photos and other reference images can help Nana understand the subject, colors and important details. The finished design will be Nana’s handmade interpretation.
Can Nana make a person?
Yes. Share clear reference photos and the features, outfit or details that matter most. Exact reproduction is not guaranteed.
Can Nana make my pet?
Yes. Photos showing your pet’s coloring, markings and personality are helpful.
Can Nana make a company logo?
Nana can review authorized logo artwork and brand details for a custom corporate project. Corporate and logo piñatas are individually quoted.
Can I upload inspiration?
Yes. The Tell Nana Your Idea form accepts inspiration such as photos, screenshots, invitations, sketches, logos and reference images.
Does my design have to be finalized before contacting Nana?
No. Share what you know and ask your questions. Nana can help determine what details are still needed.
How does the 50% deposit work?
After you approve Nana’s quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the project and begin work. No deposit is collected with the initial inquiry.
When is my order officially reserved?
Your order and event date are reserved only after Nana accepts the project and the required deposit is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% is due before the completed piñata is released for pickup or begins delivery.
Can I request changes?
Discuss changes with Nana as early as possible. Major changes requested after work begins may affect feasibility, completion time and final price.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush projects are subject to Nana’s availability and may include an additional fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed.
Do you offer pull-string piñatas?
Ask Nana about the intended use when submitting your idea. Available construction options depend on the design and project requirements.
Where is Nana's Piñatas located?
Nana's Piñatas is based in Jupiter, Florida and serves Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida communities.
Do you offer local pickup?
Pickup options depend on the order. Nana will confirm available arrangements during the quote process. A street address is not published.
Do you offer delivery?
Local delivery may be available depending on the order, location and schedule. It is not guaranteed for every project or area. Review the Service Area and include your location with the request.
Do you ship?
Shipping is not currently being actively offered.
How far in advance should I order?
Because every piñata is custom handmade, availability depends on the design and Nana’s current production schedule. The earlier you contact Nana, the better.
